The Mongolian country democratizes and shifts to the market economy at a rapid pace due to the collapse of

the Soviet federation in 1990.The distortion of the rapid economic shift has happened to weaken' children's bodies.

As a result, the Mongolian people were left feeling bewildered. This change led to an increase in orphans, parental

violence and poverty. There are 3000 to 5000 children who have been  left homeless in Mongolia..

The population of Mongolia is only 2,300,000. Children feel fear and loneliness which is that they were deserted

by the parents. Starvation is another major problem facing these orphans. Starvation is another major problem facing

these orphans. The temperature of Mongolia in the winter become as low as -48 degrees.

Children who have no  place to live found and run to the Manholes to warm themselves. The cold wind attacks

the children's bodies mercyilessly.Children’s bodies are attacked and burned with the hot water in manholes

in the winter. Some children have lost feet due to frostbite. However the Mongolian government welds the manhole

lids shut as part of their hygiene maintenance policy. As a result, these orphans have lost the manholes as a place to live.

There are very few home for orphans in Mongolia. Anakanda Kakila was an Australian English teacher who found

a girl who was an orphan wandering the streets, she protected and cared for her.

We visited the Lotus Children Center in 1999, there were 20 orphans,

but these children increased to as many as 120 now.

Ten dollars will provide enough money for a child to eat  for one month.

Children will have a lot of energies of study who are opened from hunger.

This association (IVNMC) was established in August, 2003.

IVNMC presented the library to the child of the lotus in September, 2003.

It will encourage children to study.

These children are the key to Mongolia's future.

The way by which the wound of the mind is healed is a warm mind of everybody all over the world.

We want at least to feed children three meals and provide compulsory education.

It is up to us to help children feel courageous. We hope to help them feel independent and confident.

There are a lot of children who are waiting for your support. Children are watched all over the world, and children understand

that there are a lot of people who have warm giving heart. This will encourage them in their lives.

100% of donations will reach the children directly.

We control the donation and the service facilities so that there is no intermediary exploitation in the developing country.

Money of one cent also will serve without uselessness !        This is our IVNMC policy.

We were supported from a lot of countries after the war, and then Japan which had become a side which was able to be

supported only had thought giving money and the thing merely to be a service. However, this is a mistake.

The service of the government occasionally receives the criticism. Volunteer with true meaning is our IVNMC purpose.

We should give the flower of Mongolia the fertilizer of the proper quantity.

The flower children in Mongolia will surely grow up in our love if we do so.

So, the beautiful flower with a splendid seed of Mongolian children may bloom !

For Mongolian children's independence so the they can support themselves!

We had done a lot of volunteer to a Mongolian country up to now, and had studied.

The idea of circuit is very different from Japanese racial of farming's and Mongolian racial of nomad's.

But, we also have the same mark as Mongolian's, the blue spot on our baby's body when we are born.

We think our volunteer work that an international friendship relation results through an international,

mutual understanding of service. I hope to help you understand the outline of our association

30 cents saving × 30 days= $10      $10 corresponds to the bread fee of one child per month.

Your five dollars becomes meals for two weeks. I will ask for support of everybody repeatedly.
